The vehicle arrives
Plate, customer, insurer: the job file is created in one go. Insurance estimates and assessor reports can be imported.
The estimate goes out
Labour, parts, paint and materials are priced. The customer can sign the repair order on their phone.
The workshop gets to work
Technician schedule, time clocking, courtesy car, repair progress sent to the customer.
The invoice is paid
Invoice, payment, reminder, and everything flows into the accounts. Then a Google review request to the customer.
