Offer and pricing
How much does Humming Atelier cost?
There are two plans. With your Humming consumables, the software is free from €3,000 excl. VAT of purchases per quarter. Without Humming consumables, it costs €49 excl. VAT per month. Both start with a free 60-day trial.
Are there set-up fees or a commitment?
No. No set-up fees, no hardware to buy and no minimum term.
What does the free trial include?
All core features for 60 days: jobs, estimates, repair orders, invoices, stock and orders, dashboard and e-invoicing.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If your Humming purchases for the quarter reach €3,000 excl. VAT, the software stays free. Otherwise, a subscription of €49 excl. VAT per month is offered. You always keep your data.
What are modules?
Extra features you switch on when you need them: scheduling, accounting, insurers, remote signature, SMS, online payment, parts, marketing, website and several workshops. Each module has its own monthly price, shown on the Pricing page, and can be stopped whenever you like.
Are modules free with consumables?
No. Consumables make the core software free. Modules cost the same in both plans.
Humming consumables
Which purchases count towards free use?
Your orders of Humming products (paint, clear coats, primers and consumables) placed in the software and approved by your Humming distributor.
How is the threshold calculated?
We add up your approved orders since the start of the quarter (January, April, July, October). From €3,000 excl. VAT, about €1,000 excl. VAT per month, the software is free.
How do I order my products?
In the software: it suggests an order based on your usage, you approve it, and it goes straight to your distributor.
How do I know where I stand?
The total of your purchases for the quarter is shown in the software.
What if my purchases drop one quarter?
You lose nothing. As long as the threshold is not reached, the €49 excl. VAT monthly subscription is offered.
Software features
What does the software do?
It runs the whole body shop: jobs and vehicles, estimates, repair orders, scheduling, courtesy cars, stock, invoices, payments, accounting, customers and marketing.
Does the software calculate paint?
Yes. It calculates surfaces per panel, quantities of paint, clear coat, primer and consumables, then the real cost and margin of each repair.
Do you work with insurers and Darva?
Yes, with the Insurers module: import of Darva estimates and assessor reports, approved insurer rates and direct settlement tracking.
Are my invoices compliant?
Yes. Continuous numbering with no gaps, invoices locked once issued, credit notes, mandatory mentions and Factur-X e-invoicing.
Can customers follow their repair?
Yes. You send them a link: they see the steps and photos on their phone, without creating an account. With the right modules, they can also sign the repair order and pay online.
Is there a customer file?
Yes. Each customer has a record with their vehicles, jobs, contact history, tasks and reminders, and estimate follow-up.
Does the software help me find customers?
Yes, with the Marketing module: Google review requests, estimate follow-ups, MOT reminders and campaigns. The Website module creates your workshop’s website, with a quote request form.
Can I manage several workshops?
Yes, with the Multi-site module: a group brings your workshops together, with orders and accounting for the whole group or a single workshop.
Getting started
I have just opened my body shop. Can I start right away?
Yes. Your Humming distributor opens your account and the 60-day trial starts immediately. You can send your first estimate the same day.
How do I get access?
Your Humming distributor opens your account and gives you an access code and a temporary password. You then log in with the “Log in to the software” button.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The software opens in your browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. On a phone, you can add it to your home screen like an app.
Which languages does the software support?
French, English and Arabic. Each person chooses their language, and documents given to customers stay in French.
Your data and security
Where is my data?
On servers in France, in Paris.
Can my distributor see my customers?
No. They see your product orders, never your jobs or customers. Each body shop sees only its own data.
Can I get my data back?
Yes. Your invoices, accounting and lists export to Excel, PDF and the FEC accounting format.
Is my account protected?
Yes. Logins require a password, and repeated attempts with a wrong password are blocked.
